“Healthy Back” is a program for those who have to carry out a “sedentary” lifestyle and whose back insistently reminds himself. Classes are based on Western fitness techniques (Pilates, Callanetics) and yoga. The main point of the exersices is to create a “muscular system”, that is to strengthen the muscles of the back and abdomen, as well as improve mobility and flexibility of joints.
