Aerobics: Fitness Mix, 50+ Group, Fitness for children

Fitness Mix is an exciting complex of exercises that combine aerobic power load and stretching. Instructor combine some different directions in aerobics .

Group “50 +” is a complex of aerobic exercises using fitball, step, dumbbells. Load offered with regard to age of the students.

Children’s fitness (aerobic fitness) is a complex of exercises for children from 4 to 15 years, combining the gymnastic and dance movements, elements of classical and step aerobics. Training contribute to the development of strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.

Anna is a graduate of the Institute of Physical Culture at USPU. She is the owner of 1st grade in sports aerobics and 1 category on fitness aerobics. Instructor has certificates in classical, dance, step aerobics and fitness for pregnant women.
